Baked Shrimp & Cheese Delight

This recipe comes to me from Ollie Day. She loves to cook and we love her food.

  • ¼ pound or small can 10 ounces mushrooms
  • 2 Tbsp butter
  • 112 cup cooked rice
  • 1 pound cooked shrimp
  • 11/2 cup grated medium Cheese
  • ½ cup Evaporated Milk (undiluted)
  • 3 Tbsp Catsup
  • ½ Tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • ¼ Tsp Salt
  • 1/8 Tsp Pepper

Sauté mushrooms in butter 10 minutes or until tender. Lightly mix in shrimp and other ingredients including liquid from canned mushrooms if needed.

Pour into greased casserole at 350 degrees until bubbly and golden. About 30 – 40 minutes.
