Bean Sprout Salad

FavoriteLoadingAdd to Recipe Box

I have no idea where I got this recipe. It is written in very clear printing on a sheet of paper from a spiral note pad and photocopied. No name is attached and I do not recognize the printing.
It is easy to make and is different from many other salads. We love to serve it with leftover chicken.

  • 1/2 lb. Bean Sprouts
  • ½ cup Celery thinly diced
  • 2 Tbsp Green Onions
  • 1 Tsp Fresh Ginger
  • ½ cup Mayonnaise
  • 2 Tbsp Soya Sauce
  • 1 Tsp Curry
  • 1 Tbsp Lemon Juice
  • Slivered toasted almond

Combine sprouts, celery, onions, and ginger. Whisk together mayonnaise, soya sauce, curry and lemon juice. Mix all together and chill. When ready to serve sprinkle with almonds.
