PORK TENDERLOIN CANTON is about the only way to serve 4 with one pork tenderloin. This tasty pork recipe is another quick from the stop to the table. It is very easy on the weekly grocery budget.

Ingredients for PORK TENDERLOIN CANTON:

1 Pork Tenderloin cut in ½ – inch cubes
2 Eggs, beaten
3 Tbsp Cornstarch
1 Carrot cut in thin shreds
1 Green Pepper cut in thin shreds
2 Tbsp Sugar
2 Tbsp Vinegar
1 Beef or Chicken Bouillon Cube
1 cup hot Water
4 Tbsp Salad Oil

Method for PORK TENDERLOIN CANTON:

Roll meat in beaten eggs, then in cornstarch. Set on wax paper to dry for 30 minutes. At same time put everything but salad oil in a bowl, stir to dissolve bouillon cube and set aside. When ready, heat oil in a large frying pan. Stirring, brown tenderloin over high heat for 3 minutes. Add vegetable mixture and stir 2 to 3 minutes over medium heat. Serve without delay with a bowl of boiled rice. Serves 4.
