In our family we are spaghetti lovers and we are always looking for new sauce recipes. This BRACIOLINI DI MANZO AL FIORENTINA is quick and easy plus it is so tasty!

Ingredients for BRACIOLINI DI MANZO AL FIORENTINA

  • 1 small Carrot
  • 1 Onion
  • 1 Tsp Parsley
  • 3 Tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1 lb. chopped Beef, dusted with flour
  • ½ cup Red Wine
  • 2 fresh Tomatoes peeled and chopped coarsely or 1 cup canned Italian tomatoes
  • 1 cup Water or Stock
  • ½ cup Mushrooms, chopped
  • Salt and Pepper

Method for BRACIOLINI DI MANZO AL FIORENTINA

:
Chop finely the carrot, onion and parsley. Cook these in olive oil until slightly browned. Add beef and cook, stirring often, until beef is lightly brown also. Moisten with red wine. When wine has almost evaporated, add tomatoes, water or stock, mushrooms and salt and pepper. Simmer sauce slowly for about 1-½ hours. It will have a good thick consistency. Serve with spaghetti, pasta or rice.
