Broccoli Salad

The gal that does my nails gave me this broccoli salad recipe. All the extra ingredients make it one of the most interesting broccoli salads.

  • 5 heads of Broccoli
  • ½ Purple Onion
  • ¼ cup Coconut shredded
  • ¼ cup Raisins
  • ¼ cup Cranberries
  • ¼ cup Slivered Almonds
  • ¼ cup Walnuts
  • ¼ cup Apricots

Dressing:

  • 1 cup Mayonnaise
  • 1 Tbsp Garlic
  • ½ Tbsp Black Pepper
  • ¼ cup Vinegar
  • 1 cup Apricot Glaze
  • 1 cup Vegetable Oil
  • ½ Tsp Salt

Place all the first ingredients in a medium pot. On medium heat melt apricot glaze. Remove add mayonnaise, garlic, pepper, vinegar, oil, and salt. Whisk when lukewarm pour over other ingredients. Mix well. Refrigerate.
