My sister-in-law makes this amazing noodle dish and in her family it is their “comfort food”. It is great for family but can definitely be served to friends.

  • 1 1/2 pounds lean Ground Beef
  • 2 Tsp Worchestershire Sauce*
  • 2- 3 Tbsp Dried Onions*
  • ½ bottle Chili Sauce
  • 1 tin Mushroom soup
  • 1 tin Tomato soup
  • 5 handfuls dried medium width Noodles
  • Grated strong Cheddar Cheese

Cook the noodles in a pot of salted water, drain. In a frying pan brown the ground beef, add onions, worchestershire, a bit of pepper, chili sauce, mushroom soup, and tomato soup. Add the cooked noodles. Put into 8 x 13 inch baking dish. Grate strong cheddar cheese over top. Bake in 350 degree oven about 50 minutes. Freezes well.
