Ingredients for Salmon Tortilla Rolls

  • 8 oz Creamed Cheese, softened 250 gr
  • 3 Tbsp Mayonnaise 50 ml
  • 3 Tbsp Honey Mustard 50 ml
  • 6 Flour Tortillas large 6
  • 3 Tbsp Capers small 50 ml
  • 1 Boston Lettuce 1
  • ¾ lb Smoked Salmon pre-sliced 375 gr
  • 2 Tbsp Fresh Dill snipped 25 ml

Method For Salmon Tortilla Rolls

In a bowl, whip cream cheese, mayonnaise, and mustard. Divide and spread on tortillas. Sprinkle with capers and cover with individual lettuce leaves. Place salmon over all. Roll tortillas very tightly and wrap in plastic wrap.

Refrigerate for a least5 to 6 hours.

At serving time cut into ½ inch (1.5cm) slices, sprinkle with dill and serve.
Skewer with toothpicks if necessary.
Serves 20

Note:

Alternatively try with cream cheese, horseradish, salami, and roasted sweet red pepper.
