Tokyo Turkey Toss Recipe

Tokyo Turkey Toss makes a great summer dinner. It is possible to substitute beef or chicken for the turkey. Also the meat can be swapped out for vegetables like sugar peas, broccoli, cauliflower, green beans, or all of them.

Ingredients for Tokyo Turkey Toss

  • 2 cups Turkey cooked and cubed
  • 1 16 ounce can Bean Sprouts, drained
  • 1 cup cooked Rice
  • 1 cup Celery, chopped
  • 1 cup Carrots, coarsely shredded
  • 2 Tbsp Green Pepper, chopped
  • ½ cup French Salad Dressing
  • 2 Tbsp Soy Sauce
  • ¼ Tsp Salt
  • Dash pepper
  •  

  • ½ cup Mayonnaise or salad dressing
  • ½ cup Slivered almonds, toasted*

Method for Tokyo Turkey Toss

In a large bowl, combine all ingredients except mayonnaise and almonds; chill. Just before serving, stir in mayonnaise and almonds. Toss to mix well. Serve on leaf lettuce.
