Chafing-Dish Meatballs Recipe

Today is National Meatballs Day! Really! In our household this got us remembering these Chafing-Dish Meatballs. When we entertained we often made these. One of the things that I loved about this recipe is that they can be made ahead of time and popped in the freezer. Any recipe that can be made early makes entertaining better. I think the grape jelly brings a special taste to these meatballs.
