Recipe for Mulled Grapefruit Punch
We are showing this Mulled Grapefruit Punch recipe with 1 cup of rum added to it but it can be made without the rum. It is always handy to have a nonalcoholic punch recipe. If rum is not your drink for Mulled Grapefruit Punch instead you can also use 1 cup of white wine.
INGREDIENTS for Mulled Grapefruit Punch
- 1 can (48 oz/1.36 L) Grapefruit Juice 1
- ½ cup Brown Sugar packed 125 mL
- 6 Whole Cloves 6
- 4 Allspice Berries 4
- 2 sticks Cinnamon 2
- 1 cup Light Rum 250 mL
- Cinnamon Sticks
METHOD for Mulled Grapefruit Punch
In large saucepan, combine grapefruit juice, sugar, cloves, allspice, and 2 cinnamon sticks. Stir to dissolve sugar. Bring to boil; reduce heat and simmer, stirring occasionally, for 20 minutes. Discard spices and add rum. Serve in mugs garnished with cinnamon sticks for stirring. Makes about 10 servings.
